TREKKING HIKING

A full day out up in the mountains is a perfectly healthy activity for the whole family.

Hiking is one of the best ways of sharing leisure time and sports with our family and friends. At the same time, we are sharing the healthy benefits of mountaineering. Hiking is a fun activity that allows us to enjoy nature and is also suitable for all ages and no matter our physical conditions, as long as we choose the right route.

This activity brings numerous benefits, not only physical but also mental.

This aerobic activity can benefit our circulatory system. By hiking, we strengthen our hearts, prevent and treat high blood pressure and possible heart diseases.

Our muscles and bones also benefit from this activity. The most muscles worked are those of the lower body, especially the glutes, quadriceps and calves.

The bones in our bodies will also strengthen as well as the bone density increases.

Because it is an outdoor activity that we execute in the mountains, hiking also encourages us to breathe much purer air than that of the city and to avoid our many daily obligations, giving us a break (never better said) both physical and mental.

Hiking is a leisure activity that is previously characterized by following cataloged trails whose length and unevenness we know. We could say that it differs from Trekking in that this activity takes a day or less, with difficulty between easy and moderate.

It is ideal for a family day or to go with a group and get to know particular symbolic areas of our beautiful province.

These are some routes that we propose according to our criteria.

Besides the routes that we propose to hikers here, we carry out others throughout our territory.
